Account overview
CPAS and Ventures each wanted each to refresh their visual identities and create websites to serve and engage their specific user groups. CPAS to support the organisation’s newly focussed aims – with content and functionality reinforcing their position as experts in Christian leadership development. Ventures to facilitate easy search and booking of holidays for young people and support for their national network of leaders.
IE conducted a user needs analysis and developed a radical restructure for both sites based upon strong, user centred information architecture.
Design, signposting, navigation, accessibility and content were totally overhauled. IE’s bespoke, database driven CMS with online editor was employed. Powerful, intuitive searches and rich video and audio content were incorporated and a social media infrastructure put in place with use of RSS feeds and plans for easy ways for people to comment and embed content.
