BITOA came to IE via a 5-way paid pitch of UK agencies outside of the M25 (fee: £1000).
BITOA was experiencing gradual decline in membership. Their name could not be understood or remembered and their reputation was outdated. A new Chief Executive was 18 months into the process of reinventing, reinvigorating and repositioning the organisation when they approached IE Design Consultancy to bridge the increasing gap between internal and external perceptions.
To rename, rebrand and relaunch BITOA at World Travel Market in London and to continue to manage and protect the integrity of the new brand across all communications media.
