Brief
IE initially immersed itself in Imagine's business through a Needs / Features / Benefits exercise — creating a new suite of benefit-focused marketing messages, clarifying and re-expressing the Imagine Spa experience. These were then rolled out to a newly designed website and marketing collateral.
IE's top two goals:
1. To improve the efficiency of Imagine's in-house spa website creation service — resolved through a powerful Wordpress template solution.
2. To semi-automate Imagine's targeted email marketing in order to optimise spa session bookings — resolved through the design, build and implementation of a bespoke, single-customer-view, email marketing platform.
Imagine have retained IE on an ongoing consultancy basis.
Timeframe
12 weeks to launch of Imagine website. Platform development work ongoing.
